Various shift patterns are available to include

  • Days: 7 – 3pm
  • Nights: 11 – 7am
  • Mid Shift: 3 – 11pm

We are looking for hardworking, reliable and motivated candidates, ideally with experience of working with-in a factory environment.

  • Free car parking on-site. Break out area provided to take your breaks.
  • Long term work available.

Class 1 Sittingbourne

ABOUT THE ROLE

  • Clean supermarket work
  • Trunking to stores / RDCs – No manual work!
  • Drivers DO NOT have to help load/unload or move cages.
  • Both AM and PM shifts available
  • AM – Starts between 01:00 and 03:00
  • PM – Starts between 14:00 and 15:00
  • Choose your own shift pattern – Drivers are booked in for whatever shifts they like!
  • Shifts are guaranteed throughout the summer period if drivers are happy to work either a Saturday or Sunday each week
  • No assessment needed!

RATES OF PAY

  • Days £16.00ph
  • Nights £17.50ph
  • Saturday £21.00ph
  • Sunday £20.00ph

Legal Secretary Property

Are you an experience Property Legal Secretary?

Do you enjoy getting the SDLT process completed accurately?

Can you offer high levels of service to your clients during stressful times?

This opportunity needs an experienced Legal Secretary who is unflappable and can provide the highest level of customer service at a stressful time to new and existing clients. Keeping clients up to date and informed will be a daily task. The majority of this departments work will be Residential, however if you have Commercial experience that may be utilised from time to time.

The Role:

35 hours per week, Monday – Friday 9.00 – 17.00 with 1 hour lunch break.

  • To prepare correspondence and documents through audio-typing (digital dictation).
  • To make appointments, arrange meetings and maintain up-to-date diary for the department.
  • To deal whenever possible with routine client enquiries and communications.
  • General administration, which will include daily filing, the opening, closing, storage and retrieval of client files within the parameters of ISO 9001 standards.
  • To prepare mail and enclosures.
  • To prepare documents/reports as required by fee earners.
  • To deal with transactional matters in the sale and purchase of residential and commercial properties.
  • To attend clients both in person and on the telephone and to provide such support in a professional and friendly manner in keeping with the firm’s standards for client care.
  • To ensure the confidentiality of all the firm’s client’s documentation and information.
  • To provide secretarial support to other areas of the office and the wider Property team as necessary.

Warehouse Operative/Picker Packer

We are recruiting for Warehouse Operatives to work on the production line for a busy plastic manufacturing company.

WEEKEND ONLY EVERY SATURDAY AND SUNDAY

The shifts alternate;

7am – 7pm Week 1

7pm – 7am Week 2

£8.91 per hour

You will be working on the production line cutting and moulding the plastics, working on the machinery and in the spray room, spraying the products.
