We are recruiting for an experienced designer with a flair for understanding a clients brief and crating the prototype for leading edge equipment. The successful candidate will be a SolidWorks expert with a proven track record of quality designs.

The ideal candidate will have:-

1. Experience working with engineering machines
2. Good knowledge of SolidWorks ideally already using on daily basis
3. Knowledge of complexed engineering designs

Duties will include:-

1. Producing new designs for projects
2. Updating designs on existing equipment
3. Producing drawings for external suppliers to be able to send quotations and ordering parts
4. Answering queries from the assembly team
5. Producing layouts for the sales department and producing technical data sheets for new projects
6. Aiding the sales department with technical visits of customers for new projects
7. Producing manuals for new projects to enable ease of use
