I am currently looking for a Customer Service/ Transport Administrator for my successful food wholesaler client based in Aylesford.

Immediate Start!

This role is a temporary role which could lead to a permanent position for the right candidate.

The hourly rate for this role is £9ph – £10ph and will be paid weekly.

Monday – Friday 10am – 7pm / 9am – 6pm (flexible)

Duties of the role will include:

  • Liaising with drivers
  • Liaising with warehouse staff
  • Dealing with customer enquiries
  • Carrying out administrative traffic and transport duties as required
  • Data input
  • Dealing with the driver admin and paperwork
  • Debriefing drivers
  • Ensuring delivery schedules are planned and executed in the most cost effective way
  • Overseeing the smooth running of the delivery service

The ideal candidate:

  • Office admin experience
  • Transport/ Logistics experience is preferred but not essential
  • Good attention to detail
  • Flexible with working days as some Saturdays may be required every now and then
